Temporary Stay

A young woman with a daughter from Ecuador, had an order of removal and appeal denied. ICE wanted plane tickets to depart. Through the use of a background check, Wu Law Firm was able to pull records of a previous domestic violence incident between her and her ex-boyfriend, submit an emergency request to the Police Department, and follow up to get a U-Visa Certification signed. Due to our efforts, we have been able to convince ICE to issue her a temporary stay to continue living in the US with her daughter.
