The Wu Law Firm, LLC is a full-service law firm dedicated to providing top level legal representation to its clients. Founded in 2012 by Andrew Wu, the firm represents both individuals and businesses primarily in the areas of immigration, real estate, family law, corporate/business law, trusts and estates, bankruptcy, and workers’ compensation.
With offices in New Brunswick, NJ as well as in Philadelphia, PA, the Wu Law Firm strives to serve the legal needs of the diverse populations of various counties in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As the American-born children of immigrant parents, both Andrew and Selena thoroughly understand the challenges navigating the American legal system may present to clients of different cultural backgrounds. What also sets us apart from other attorneys is our emphasis on client service and our personal investment in the needs of our clients. It is our number one priority to see to it that our clients’ matters are successfully concluded to the best of our abilities.

2013, Andrew opened his own law firm to create a community law firm in both Philadelphia and Central Jersey, expanding his practice to include other areas of law, (criminal, municipal, civil, child custody divorce) to more globally assist with his clients' legal needs. In his free time, Andrew enjoys travelling, playing the piano, sampling craft beer and food at a local spot near you.
Claudia is a Peruvian lawyer working along with the managing attorney on the current litigation of immigration and civil cases. Claudia holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Piura, Peru, and a Master's Degree in Law from Penn State University. She is passionate about the law and very empathetic with the clients as she considers herself part of the American Dream. Claudia looks forward to helping more immigrants not just in their adjustment of legal status in this country, but also in other legal matters they may face while living in the US.
Stefany is an Immigration Paralegal at The Wu Law Firm LLC. Born and raised in Peru, and as an immigrant herself, Stefany has a passion for helping other immigrants. Stefany is an attorney in Peru, graduated from Universidad de Piura, School of Law, one of the top-tier colleges in Peru. She also holds a Master’s in law degree, by the Pennsylvania State University, Class of 2022. Stefany has always had an interest in International Law and Human Rights protection, and as such she has published research articles in Peruvian law magazines. For said reason, during her studies at Penn State, Stefany specialized in International, Foreign and Comparative Law.
Jenny is an immigration paralegal at The Wu Law Firm LLC, New Brunswick office, and a Public Notary. Jenny graduated from Saint Peter's University class of 2020 with a double major in Political Science and English. Jenny has always been interested in Family law but was introduced to Immigration law in 2019, and ever since then, she has grown a passion for helping immigrants. Especially as a daughter of immigrant parents, she understands the significance of desiring a legal status.
Fernanda is a certified Master NLP coach, hypnotherapist, business strategist and team leadership expert with over 15 years of experience working in Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico and now USA. Her coaching style is tailored to each client’s needs and goals, which help them achieve success faster. Fernanda has been working with our law firm since 2020 as our Human Resources and Business Manager. As an immigrant herself, she has a broad understanding of what our immigrant society goes through to be able to work and thrive in this country. Her strong connection with our immigrant community helps advocate for both our clients and employees with regards to offices procedures and compliance. Her business experience helps ensure business runs smoothly.
Ligia is an immigrant herself from Colombia. As a lawyer and negotiator for a bank in Colombia, she helped hundreds of people recover their good financial reputation. When she moved to live in the USA, she had to start from scratch working as a factory worker, Spanish teacher, and sales representative for Korean companies. Now she helps immigrants with interpretation and personalized customer service, knowing that just like her, we all have a new chance at life.
Yanisa is an intern from Thailand and work as an executive assistant at The Wu Law Firm LLC. Yanisa graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Bachelor’s Degree of Law with second class honors in 2022. Yanisa is an attorney in Thailand and worked at international law firm in Bangkok, Thailand in corporate team, she has been assisting her international clients in matters of work permit, contracts, investment and other business licensing in Thailand.
Mario is a Clerk & Junior Paralegal at the New Brunswick office. He was born in Guatemala and emigrated to the United States at 15 years old. He graduated from Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas in 2019 with a major in business
administration. Mario enjoys assisting clients and understands the importance of helping them obtain their legal status. He is passionate and thankful for the opportunity to make an impact in people’s lives as they seek their American dream.
