In Line for a Green Card!

Our firm was able to obtain a grant of Cancellation of Removal in Immigration Court for a woman who had 2 minor USC children and her husband with a green card. They have been present in the United States since 1998. Her LPR husband had ongoing cardiovascular issues. Even though he went back to the Dominican Republic for medical treatment, we were able to prove the exceptional hardship that would befall her family was not due to the lack of medical resources in the Dominican Republic, but rather, the extensive ties her family has here in the United States, and the severe disruption it would cause her family if she were separated from them here, including a business they managed here in US. She is now in line for a green card!
