The Wu Law Firm, LLC is a full-service law firm dedicated to providing top level legal representation to its clients. Founded in 2012 by Andrew Wu, the firm represents both individuals and businesses primarily in the areas of immigration, real estate, family law, corporate/business law, trusts and estates, bankruptcy, and workers’ compensation.
With offices in New Brunswick, NJ as well as in Philadelphia, PA, the Wu Law Firm strives to serve the legal needs of the diverse populations of various counties in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As the American-born children of immigrant parents, both Andrew and Selena thoroughly understand the challenges navigating the American legal system may present to clients of different cultural backgrounds. What also sets us apart from other attorneys is our emphasis on client service and our personal investment in the needs of our clients. It is our number one priority to see to it that our clients’ matters are successfully concluded to the best of our abilities.

2013, Andrew opened his own law firm to create a community law firm in both Philadelphia and Central Jersey, expanding his practice to include other areas of law, (criminal, municipal, civil, child custody divorce) to more globally assist with his clients' legal needs. In his free time, Andrew enjoys travelling, playing the piano, sampling craft beer and food at a local spot near you.
Claudia was born in Peru. She consider herself a family-oriented, outgoing, and caring person. She attended law school at the University of Piura in Peru and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Pennsylvania State University in the USA. She is currently an attorney licensed in New York.
She has experience in administrative law and contracts from her work in several government institutions in Peru, such as SUNARP, the Defensoría del Pueblo, and the JNE. In the United States, She has gained experience in immigration law, contracts, and personal injury law.
She joined the Wu Law family in 2020, starting as a paralegal and advancing to a senior paralegal role before becoming an associate attorney. Throughout her time here, She has consistently found fulfillment in learning something new every day—from both her clients and colleagues. She says: " The most rewarding part of working in the wu law firm is helping immigrants navigate complex legal challenges, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that shares my passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives."
Stefany is an Immigration Paralegal at The Wu Law Firm LLC. Born and raised in Peru, and as an immigrant herself, Stefany has a passion for helping other immigrants. Stefany is an attorney in Peru, graduated from Universidad de Piura, School of Law, one of the top-tier colleges in Peru. She also holds a Master’s in law degree, by the Pennsylvania State University, Class of 2022. Stefany has always had an interest in International Law and Human Rights protection, and as such she has published research articles in Peruvian law magazines. For said reason, during her studies at Penn State, Stefany specialized in International, Foreign and Comparative Law.
Fernanda is a certified Master NLP coach, hypnotherapist, business strategist and team leadership expert with over 15 years of experience working in Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico and now USA. Her coaching style is tailored to each client’s needs and goals, which help them achieve success faster. Fernanda has been working with our law firm since 2020 as our Human Resources and Business Manager. As an immigrant herself, she has a broad understanding of what our immigrant society goes through to be able to work and thrive in this country. Her strong connection with our immigrant community helps advocate for both our clients and employees with regards to offices procedures and compliance. Her business experience helps ensure business runs smoothly.
Mario is a Clerk & Junior Paralegal at the New Brunswick office. He was born in Guatemala and emigrated to the United States at 15 years old. He graduated from Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas in 2019 with a major in business
administration. Mario enjoys assisting clients and understands the importance of helping them obtain their legal status. He is passionate and thankful for the opportunity to make an impact in people’s lives as they seek their American dream.
Konie is a dedicated Immigration Junior Paralegal at The Wu Law Firm. Originally from Portoviejo, Manabí, Ecuador, she earned her law degree from Universidad San Gregorio de Portoviejo and holds a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law from the same institution, graduating with the Class of 2023.
Konie has a strong professional and academic focus on human rights, international law, and women’s rights. Passionate about social justice and advocacy, she takes pride in helping immigrants pursue their dreams of a better life, combining her legal expertise with a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
Hania Villacreses works as the legal clerk for The Wu Law Firm. She recently graduated from Law School at Quito, Ecuador. She completed her studies at Universidad de las Américas with a focus on Human and Environmental Rights. She said: " Working in this firm gives me the opportunity to grow step by step, learn how the US legal system works, and get closer to clients who need our help. My dream one day is to become an international lawyer and share my knowledge with the world".
Nicole was born in Ecuador on January 19, 1996. She is a person who loves spending time with her family, who has a great passion for sports since she was a child and now combines cycling with her professional life.
She graduated in Industrial Engineering from the San Francisco University of Quito in Quito, Ecuador, later she obtained her master's degree in data analysis at the University of Nebrija Spain. She has experience in the insurance and health sector, especially in the area of customer service.
She joined Wu Law Firm in June 2024 as a bilingual receptionist and hopes to continue at the firm, as she likes to help people fulfill their dreams and that is what The Wu Law Firm does.
Cytlaly Gonzales serves as a Bilingual Legal Clerk at The Wu Law Firm. She is a graduate of U.E.I. College, where she earned her certification as a Medical Assistant.
As the proud daughter of immigrant parents who came to the United States in pursuit of the American Dream, Cytlaly is deeply committed to helping others.
